About me *ੈ✩‧₊

I'm Suzanne (she/they) an indie game developer from France, currently working with my partner on two commercial games: a visual novel and a tiny management game. In our two-person studio, I specialize in game design and storytelling, with a passion for narratives that explore eeriness, mysticism, community, magical realism, and the wonder hidden in everyday life.

This is not a fishing lesson

A tiny slice-of-life about not fitting in and gaining self-esteem (and a metaphor about my experience in video game school)

A small management game where you build and manage your very own aquarium in space.

Seaside Supper (WIP)

A visual novel where you work in a seaside restaurant for the summer, with every meal you prepare bringing you closer to the locals and their stories.

Toasted Bread (WIP)

A small interactive story about cherished childhood memories with my grandparents.

Waiting for the bus

A tiny non-linear game where you choose how to pass time while waiting for the bus.

This space is for me to document my game dev work, share ideas, and experiment with web dev. I miss the old internet—when websites were creative, personal, and full of surprises. Social media and mobile phones have smoothed everything into uniformity and added a pressure to always stay connected and present. Logging on used to feel like a ritual, a moment shared with friends in chatrooms or forums. And when you logged off, the internet stayed behind, in the computer room.

I know I can’t fully step away from modern platforms—being an indie dev means building a presence and connecting with a community. But I’m carving out this little space to rediscover a slower, more intentional side of the web. I want to recapture some of that magic and create a place to pause and enjoy the internet the way it once was.
